Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms in the new extension were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the garden. However, the rooms were quite warm even into the evening which was a bit uncomfortable. The service was excellent, with attentive staff always ready to help, but the training seemed a bit lacking in some areas. The location was beautiful, but there were some cleanliness issues outside. The dining experience had its ups and downs with mistakes in the orders, but overall was average. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed during my stay.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a spacious bathroom and complimentary toiletries, but the decor feels a bit dated. The radiator in my room was noisy, and the pillows were flat and hard. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit over-the-top. The location is convenient for exploring the countryside but needs updating for better air conditioning. The dining experience was good overall, with excellent options, even though the breakfast had powdered eggs. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom overlooking the gardens, but the outside jacuzzi wasn't ready. Exploring the beautiful grounds and public rooms with plush velvet sofas was a delight, yet the room was too hot even with the air conditioning on. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, complete with complimentary toiletries, robes, and slippers for the spa.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms are really stunning, modern, and with large bathrooms, all individual but equally amazing, making my experience great and really comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of bubbly bath and the low-quality tea and coffee making facilities in a 5-star hotel. The service was exceptional with staff continually attentive and helpful. The location is just what I like, relaxed, and comfortable, offering a grand and spacious environment. The dining experience had everything I could think of, albeit a bit pricey with some shortcomings in the fruit options. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.
